Fiona's Appetizer Buffets

Appetizers can be beautifully arranged on a buffet or butler-passed and are a wonderful addition to any gathering. Whether done in stations, served warm or chilled, combined with miniature sweets or as a prelude to a dinner, appetizers are always the right way to begin

How many items you choose & the quantity will depend on the
length and the nature of the event. For a pre-dinner cocktail hour or a
relatively short one or two hour reception we recommend 4-6 "pieces" per guest. 
For a longer reception of 2 - 3 hours or more we recommend 8-10 “pieces.”
For a reception that will constitute an entire meal, 12-15 “pieces.”

The following menus are created for receptions approximately 2 to 2½ hours in length with a minimum of 50 Guests.

This collection of meats & cheeses from around the world will satisfy all your food lovers!  Thinly sliced prosciutto di parma, chorizo, sopresetta, mortadella & genoa salami, provolone, manchego & smoked mozzarella cheeses with roasted peppers, balsamic onions, stuffed peppers, olives, roasted red pepper mayo, rosemary dijon mustard & fresh baked demi breads

Seasonal Fruit Display
Our Chef’s selection of the seasons freshest fruits including melons, pineapple, grapes & berries with toasted nut garnish.
